    You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your item, choose any available custom options, and proceed to checkout. For custom artwork, feel free to contact us to discuss details before placing an order.
  • 3. Can I request a custom design?
    Yes, Farunga offers custom designs tailored to your vision. Please reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll work together to create a unique piece. Once the design is approved, custom orders cannot be refunded, so be sure you’re happy with the concept before we begin.
  • 4. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit and debit cards, Twint, and PostFinance. For custom orders, a deposit may be required before production begins.
  • 5. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Domestic Shipping (Switzerland): Orders within Switzerland are typically delivered within 7-11 business days. International Shipping: Available upon request. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method, and we’ll provide an estimated timeline when you contact us.
  • 6. How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For larger or customized items, additional fees may apply. Contact us directly for international shipping quotes.
  • 7. Can I return or exchange an item?
    Due to the personalized nature of our handcrafted products, custom items are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement, repair, or store credit. Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition, with the customer covering return shipping.
