1. Orders & Customizations

• Placing Orders: Orders can be placed directly through our website, with availability on a first-come, first-served basis. For any customized artwork requests, please contact us directly to discuss your vision and requirements.

• Custom Artwork: Our personalized artwork creations, especially copper and turquoise, wheat stalk, and wood-burning pieces, are crafted uniquely for each customer. Custom orders are final and non-refundable after the design is approve

2. Payment Methods

• Accepted Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards, Twint, and PostFinance. For custom orders, a deposit may be required.

• Currency: All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). If paying with an international card, check with your bank for any additional fees.

3. Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping (Switzerland): We offer secure domestic shipping across Switzerland. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7-11 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped to monitor its progress.

• International Shipping: International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us directly to discuss options, fees, and timelines, as delivery may vary depending on location. International orders may take longer than domestic shipments, with estimated delivery provided at the time of order.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. For custom pieces or larger artworks, additional shipping charges may apply.

• Delayed Deliveries: Please note that while we strive to meet delivery timelines, external factors such as customs processing or courier delays may occasionally impact shipment times. We appreciate your patience and are here to assist with any concerns.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Policy: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items. However, if there is a defect in the artwork, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days in their original condition, with the customer covering return shipping.

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit based on the situation.

5. Refunds

• Eligibility: Refunds are processed for non-customized items returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable after design confirmation.

• Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the item and verification of its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Product Reviews

• Reviewing Products: We encourage feedback! Registered users may leave reviews on our website, whether they have purchased the item or not. Reviews are subject to moderation to ensure quality and respect within our community.
